• “Immigration is nothing but giving ourselves a second chance in life, a second fresh start. It means adapting, keeping the best of our past identity while reshaping ourselves. The entire process of immigration should make us feel compelled to build a better self. If we do, no matter how long and tiring the journey seems, we will look back some day and say to ourselves: it was worth it.” - Ana María Quevedo

Based on the book, Living in a Double World: A Practical Guided Tour Through the Immigration Experience, by award-winning author Ana María Quevedo, this new series of five minute webisodes is targeted to an immigrant audience searching for tools to educate themselves on the American culture and the American way of doing things.
